History

1995: Entered a joint venture agreement and incorporated EXEDY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.
1996: Started producing torsion springs as well as both genuine and aftermarket products.
1997: Started delivering to Proton and Perodua OEM.
2003: Started delivering manifold springs to Perodua OEM.
2009: Started producing hook springs.
2014: Started delivering motorcycle clutches to HICOM-YAMAHA MANUFACTURING MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.
2015: Started delivering torque converters to AKASHI KIKAI INDUSTRY (M) SDN. BHD.
2016: Started producing damper flywheels for CVTs.
2016: Produced 4 million clutch sets and 200 million springs.
